Bikebuilder App

Bikebuilder is a completely custom web-based application for internal use at Mike's Bikes, one of the most important bicycle retailers in San Francisco, California. The application is used at the stores to track the assembly of sold bikes, from unboxing to a fully built bike ready for the customer, including time spent and items used along the way. This has allowed the company to streamline a process that was previously done on paper and tedious Excel spreadsheets. A perfect example of using technology to solve real operational problems efficiently.
