Terms of Service

Effective May 29, 2026. We will update the date above whenever this document changes materially.

1. Who we are and why this exists

Neunsoft LLC ("Neunsoft," "we," "us") is a Delaware limited liability company that helps software engineers get hired, find clients, and build their own businesses.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of our website and our engineer-facing programs. By using the site, applying to be placed, or buying any of our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our programs at a glance

We offer three things to engineers. Each is described in its own section or document:

  • Placement (covered below). We introduce engineers we believe are already a strong match to companies in our client portfolio. This is free for the engineer.
  • Community (see the Community Terms). Paid access to our classes, materials, and support channel.
  • One-on-one coaching (see the Coaching Terms). A paid, fixed-length engagement where we work on your specific profile, presentation, and ability to win clients or roles.

Buying any program is entirely optional. Nothing on this site requires you to pay us for anything.

3. Placement program

When you apply through our get hired form, we review your background, your code, and how you present yourself. A small percentage of applicants are, in our judgment, already ready to put in front of clients. For those engineers, we make introductions to companies in our portfolio.

3.1 It is free for you

We do not charge engineers anything for placement. When a company hires through us, the company pays the placement fee under a separate agreement between Neunsoft and that company.

3.2 What we do and do not promise

  • Selecting engineers for placement is at our sole discretion. Applying does not entitle you to placement, an introduction, or interviews.
  • We do not control any company's hiring decisions, timelines, compensation, or whether they choose to interview or hire you. We make introductions; the rest is between you and the company.
  • If we decline to place you right now, that decision is final for the current round and is not changed by buying any other program. Our coaching and community exist to help you get there over time, but they are never a way to "buy" placement.

4. Feedback is our opinion, not a verdict

Any feedback we give on your profile, code, or presentation is our opinion, based on our experience placing engineers. It is not an objective measurement of your ability, and it is not advice you are required to follow. Engineers may succeed without acting on it.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will get a job, win clients, earn any particular amount of money, or achieve any specific result. Our programs provide knowledge and our effort. Outcomes depend on how you apply them, on the market, and on factors outside our control.

Nothing we publish or teach is a promise of income or employment. Any examples of results are illustrative and are not typical or guaranteed.

6. Our programs are educational, and not professional advice

Our classes, coaching, and community discussions are educational and informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or immigration advice, and they do not create any professional or fiduciary relationship. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.

7. No employment relationship

Using our programs does not make you an employee, partner, agent, or contractor of Neunsoft. When we introduce you to a company, any role you take is between you and that company. We are an intermediary and an educator, not your employer.

8. Acceptable use

When using our site and programs, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or plagiarized information about your identity, experience, or work.
  • Misrepresent someone else's code or projects as your own.
  • Disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Harass other members or our team, or use our channels to spam or solicit in ways we have not approved.

We may decline, suspend, or end your access to any program if you break these rules.

9. Intellectual property

You keep full ownership of your own work, code, portfolio, and anything you create. We keep ownership of our website, course materials, frameworks, and other content we produce. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our materials for your own development while you have access, and you agree not to resell, republish, or redistribute them.

10. Payments and refunds

Prices and what each paid program includes are described at the point of purchase and in the relevant document (Community Terms, Coaching Terms). Refund terms specific to each program are stated there.

11. Privacy

How we collect, use, share, and delete your information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you ask us to delete your data, we will.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neunsoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost income arising from your use of the site or our programs. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Our services and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our programs evolve. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site or our programs after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
