Community Terms

Effective June 10, 2026. We will update the date above whenever this document changes materially.

These Community Terms cover access to the Neunsoft community and the programs that run inside it. They work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, these Community Terms control for the community.

1. What the community is

The community is a free space where members we select share what they are building, answer each other's questions, and help each other get hired, win clients, and build businesses. It is the home for our teaching. Inside the community we run programs: structured groups, classes, and coaching.

2. Membership and access

  • Community access is free. We admit members by application or invitation, and membership stays at our discretion.
  • Your access is personal to you. Do not share your access, recordings, or materials with anyone outside the community.
  • We may invite a limited founding group, or the first group of a program, on special terms. Any such offer, including its length and conditions, will be stated to those members directly.

3. Programs

  • Programs are paid unless we clearly state that a group or a cohort is free. We will tell you the price, the billing period, and what is included at the point of purchase.
  • Each program may have its own additional terms, such as the Coaching Terms for one-on-one coaching. Those apply on top of these Community Terms.
  • If your community membership ends, your access to programs ends with it.

4. Code of conduct

By joining you agree to:

  • Treat other members and our team with respect, even in disagreement.
  • Not harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against anyone.
  • Not spam, scam, or solicit other members for unrelated offers without our permission.
  • Keep what other members share private to the community unless they clearly say otherwise.

We may remove content, and we may suspend or remove any member who breaks these rules or harms the community, at our discretion.

5. Support is best effort

Our support channel is where we answer questions. We do not guarantee a response time, and our answers are educational, not professional advice (see section 6 of the Terms of Service).

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Joining the community or a program does not guarantee that you will get a job, win clients, or earn any particular income. Outcomes depend on how you apply what you learn.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post in the community. By posting, you give us and other members a limited license to view and use your posts inside the community for its normal operation (for example, so others can read and reply). You are responsible for what you share, and you should not post anything confidential to a client or employer.

8. Our content

Our classes, recordings, frameworks, and materials belong to Neunsoft. You get a personal license to use them while you are a member. You may not record, copy, resell, republish, or redistribute them.

9. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

These apply to paid programs. The community itself is free.

  • If a program is billed on a recurring basis, you can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
  • Because programs give immediate access to digital materials, fees are generally non-refundable once your access begins, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If we end your program access for a reason that is not a breach of these terms by you, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Community Terms as the community grows; we will update the effective date above when we do. Questions? Email hello@neunsoft.com.
