Privacy Policy

Effective May 29, 2026. We will update the date above whenever this document changes materially.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Neunsoft LLC ("Neunsoft," "we," "us") collects, why, how we use and share it, and how you can have it deleted. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

When you apply to be placed

Through our get hired form we collect the information you give us: your name, email, country, a link to your personal site or portfolio, a link to your GitHub or GitLab profile, and your cover letter.

When you join the community or buy coaching

We collect the information needed to give you access and to communicate with you, such as your name, email, and account details on the platform we use to host the community. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details, but we do not store your full card number.

Automatically

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse, which collects technical information subject to Google's own privacy policy. Our hosting may log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

2. How we use your information

To review your application and decide whether you are a fit for placement.
To introduce you to companies in our client portfolio when we believe there is a match.
To give you access to the community and to deliver coaching you have purchased.
To communicate with you, including sending feedback and letting you know about programs that may be relevant to you.
To operate, secure, and improve our site and services, and to meet legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your data. We share information only in these cases:

With prospective clients. This is central to placement: when we believe you are a match, we share your relevant profile information (such as your background, portfolio, and code links) with companies considering you for a role.
With service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, hosting, community platform, and payment processor, only to the extent they need it to provide their service.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Neunsoft, our members, or others.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, for example while we may still be able to place you, or while you are a member. After that, we delete it or keep only what we need for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

5. Your choices and your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email privacy@neunsoft.com. We will honor deletion requests and aim to complete them within 30 days, except for the limited information we are required to keep by law.

You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us.

6. International applicants

We work with engineers around the world and with clients based in the United States, so your information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Wherever you are, you can exercise the access and deletion rights described above by emailing us.

7. Children

Our services are for adults working as software engineers. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes and contact
