Whereyart is a Laravel based application featuring artists based in New Orleans and other cities. The work involved migrating the application from Laravel 4.1 to Laravel 5.6, fixing numerous bugs within a complex CRUD package, and implementing Laravel queues to optimize many application processes — resulting in significant speed improvements. Additional work included a homepage banner creator, an improved join process, and load-more function optimizations across the site.
