Refundable $500 deposit
You don't pay anything for the search itself. A refundable $500 deposit is all it takes to start, and we get to work.

Vetted candidates, joint interviews
We screen for two things: real AI fluency, the kind that comes from shipping with these tools daily, and the deeper engineering understanding that AI cannot replace. You meet candidates who have both, and we sit in on the interviews so the bar is set together.

Two-month trial
The candidate you choose starts a two-month trial at a reduced hourly rate. When the trial begins, $2,000 is due.

Successful placement
When the trial ends and you're ready to bring the engineer on full time, the remaining $2,000 is due. Total of $4,500 per hire.

Eight-month replacement guarantee
You're covered for eight months, or for the length of your project, whichever comes first. If something doesn't work out, we find you a replacement at no extra cost.

Fully your team
Once the guarantee period ends, the engineer is fully yours and the placement is considered a complete success.

*Harder-to-fill roles, like specialized seniority or niche stacks, are $10,000 flat. You'll know which tier applies before any deposit.
