How it works

Three ways to connect engineers with businesses

There are 3 main ways in which we connect engineers with businesses. Learn more about each one below, then head to the application and pick the ones you are interested in.

Get hired

This is a full-time role with one of the companies we work with. Because it is a real hire, everything follows the legal procedures of whatever country you and the company are in. That is the right way to do it, but it also means the process can be complicated, slow, and sometimes costly.

Here is how it works on our side. The business signs a contract with us, and you sign one with us as well before we introduce you to any company. That keeps the relationship clear for everyone and protects you as much as it protects them.

Get contract work

In most countries you can set up a simple entity that lets you charge for contract work, either per hour or per deliverable. Once that is in place you can take on paid work directly, on your own terms.

This is the best path if you want the most freedom and flexibility. The trade is that it asks more of you. You have to be willing to put in the effort to build a strong profile around this kind of work so that clients choose you and come back.

You do not have to do it alone. We run a paid community where engineers going down this road help each other, share what works, and keep each other moving.

Partner with a business

This is the hardest of the three. It asks for skills well beyond those of a software engineer who uses AI. You also have to reach an agreement with the business that genuinely works for both sides and is 100% legal.

You do not have to walk this path alone, and you should not. Our community is where it happens. It is a space where engineers doing this work share what is paying off, pressure test their deals, and help each other turn a conversation into a real partnership. That shared experience is the difference between guessing and knowing your next move.

It is also how we match you. Through the community we introduce you to business owners in our network who come with decisive intent, people who are ready to build and to commit, not just explore. The combination of peers who have already done this and warm introductions that are ready to move is what makes the hardest of the three paths achievable.
